How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be shipped in 2 to 3 business days and arrive at your door in about 7 to 10 business days via UPS Ground.
What do i do if there''s a problem with my order?
If there are problems or questions about your order, please send email with detailed information: Order Number, date place, your name and description of issue. Be sure to include your email address so we can contact you with further instructions. Also you can contact us via our Customer Support page.
Why should I register on your site?
Registering on our website will pre-populate your personal information when you check out. It will also allow us to keep you informed of any specials or sales running on our website.
What is your return policy?
We truly appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any item, return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a complete refund of the merchandise price! Returned items must be in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product(s) is exactly in the same condition as you received it. All exchanges must be pre-paid, returned in original packing, complete with blank warranty cards, owner''s manual and show no sign of wear or abuse. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it you may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All orders need an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization number), contact our Customer Support. No returns, exchanges, or refunds past 30 days.
Can I have my order shipped to a different address other than my billing address?
Yes, but you will need to call your credit card company and have them put your alternate address on file before placing your order.
